FAQ
Integrations FAQs
Are Google and Meta scopes read-only?
- Yes for Ads and reporting. We request the minimum read scopes needed for Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, and PageSpeed — no campaign writes.
Do I need every connector on day one?
- No. GSC + GA4 unlock the core graph. Add Ads, Meta, Bing, Clarity, Semrush, CRM, and ESP connectors as recipes require them.
Where do I manage connections after signup?
- Use Connect for Google/Bing/Clarity per site, and Integrations for LLM keys plus CRM/email/project tools.
Can invited teammates connect Google?
- Yes. Teammates sign in with Google or email OTP, then link Google under Settings to authorize APIs for sites they can access.
How are API tokens stored?
- OAuth tokens and secrets stay on your account/site records. Clarity tokens are per-site. LLM keys are BYO and never shared across clients.
What if a sync fails?
- Sync jobs record status and errors per source. Partial syncs still save successful channels; use Sync now or check /api/health for platform status.
